The 30–40 minute Doctor on Call response is a typical estimate, not a guarantee. Actual arrival depends on location, professional availability, building access, traffic and other operational factors.
Emergencies
Severe chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, signs of stroke, serious trauma, severe bleeding or rapid deterioration require urgent emergency medical assessment. Do not wait for a routine home visit or website response.
